SWEEP
DVI offers the patented SWEEP process which allows labs to digitally enhance any lens by adding an aspheric rear surface, easily generate slab–offs, and create customized round and blended seg bifocals.
Digital Surfacing Integration
VISION integrates digital surfacing into lab's existing workflow parameters. DVI works with lens and equipment manufacturers to develop robust integration with modern blockers, generators, laser engravers, and polishers.
Currently, DVI is interfaced with AO, Carl Zeiss, Essilor, HOYA iD and iQ, IOTA, Nikon, Seiko, Shamir, Signet Armorlite, and Sola digital processes.
