VISION saves all information about a job, including input–screen, sales data, and frame– tracing data for later recall and processing – reducing the need to locate paperwork regarding a job. Several years of data are stored conveniently, allowing labs to bring work back into process, find similar jobs, and audit sales info.

The archive is securely backed up every day, and stored locally and off–site.
